Pieter started his properrty experience with the doors industry; garage doors / sectional doors etc. with the company Named Namteck Doors in 2001, being the only company in Namibia importing Teckentrup doors from Germany.
He became better known in the property industry and started his own business named Coastal Installations in the year 2014. The business expanded to renovating and maintenance.
In 2015 PHA Property Group were registered; after which the company continued to expand. Experience were gained over years of hard work, dedication and doing research. Today we are grateful to say that we do our own developments.
Arina has a strong financial background with 6 years of Corporate banking experience and studies towards B-Compt degree. Also studied further in the property industry and NEAB certificate with valid fidelity fund.
The Body Corporate (BC) must formally decide to subscribe to an IT system/platform.
Appoint a debt collector at each Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Decide to implement debit orders for levy payments.
Draft and implement a Procurement Policy.
Appoint a consultant to implement an educational orientation programme for BC members on sectional title matters.
Appoint active and committed trustees.
Appoint a managing agent with Sectional Title Scheme Certification and relevant experience.
The BC must charge interest on late levy payments.
